Ages 8-12 (Based on ability).


This program is designed for players who want to begin competition in tennis. Clinics will include continued practice on stroke fundamentals, especially serve and return of serve, improving physical fitness, singles and doubles strategies/match play. Match nights and stand-by court time will be offered.

This program is designed for the potentially competitive players who, for their age, are well advanced in stroke fundamentals. Goals include improving physical fitness thru tennis, forehand and backhand directional control, continental grip on serve, and beginning singles and doubles play.

This program is for the high school team players, or potential players, wanting to improve their positions. Clinics will include improving singles and doubles play, physical fitness, and stroke mechanics. Match play sessions and stand-by court time will be offered.

Little Tennis
Ages 4-6 (Beginners)
Kids learn in a fun, enjoyable way! This clinic emphasizes exercises, hand/eye coordination skills, movement, and basic stroke fundamentals. (“Little” equipment is provided.)

Games
Ages 6-12 (Advanced Beginners)
Students are beginning to rally the ball at a slow pace, while reinforcing stroke fundamentals. Exercise, singles and doubles, team tennis, and the serve will be emphasized. (The tennis staff recommends twice a week starting at this level.)

“Teen Tennis”
Ages 13-18 (Beginners/Advanced
Beginners)
This program is for teenagers looking to start the game and/or reinforce stroke fundamentals. Social competitions, singles and doubles positions, and the serve/return of serve will be emphasized. The tennis staff will recommend match play practice in addition to clinic time.
