Our family wellness programs are what make us unique. At the Spring Valley Center you will find a wide variety of wellness programs to serve your family's needs. With our emphasis on total health and wellness, this is just a sample of the kinds of programs we offer:

Adults/Students: A variety of group exercise classes including but not limited to: yoga, pilates, step aerobics, spinning, body sculpting, cardio kickbox, cardio interval training, women's self defense, personal training, nutrition seminars, full line of strength training equipment and cardio training equipment, wellness seminars, guaranteed weight loss program, diabetes prevention program.

Seniors: "Golden Go Getters" - group fitness classes, group strength training, senior yoga lite, individual training available, intergenerational group exercise class, osteoporosis prevention and reversal program.

Children: Kids in Action - group activities to improve balance, coordination, flexibility and teamwork in a non-competitive atmosphere. Family bike rodeo, karate, basketball camp, tennis camp. intergenerational group exercise class.

Sports Conditioning - tennis, golf, basketball
