Yoga Lite
A yoga class consisting of breathing, stretching and balancing poses. These poses can help improve your posture, metabolism, concentration and flexibility. All poses are performed on the mat, resulting in a soothing mind/body experience. Very low impact, great for beginners!

Power Yoga - Level 1
A physical yoga class moving slowly between less complex poses, breathing through your nose in rhythm, combined with stretching poses. By holding these poses you can tone and strengthen the body or modify poses for a lighter workout. Ideal for the newer practitioners or those who want to improve their basic form. Power yoga will make you sweat!

*Power Yoga - Level 2
A more physical yoga class than Level 1. Consisting of a series of poses (asanas) linked together in continuous flow, breathing through your nose in rhythm, combined with strong stretching poses. Each pose glides into a counter pose building strength and endurance. This class is not recommended for anyone with neck, back, knee or a particular body injury. This class is recommended for intermediate yogis.

*If you have consistently participated in the power yoga class since September 2001, you may want to try Level 2 Power Yoga class.

Yoga Lite for Seniors
This is a low impact yoga class consisting of breathing, stretching and balancing poses. These gentle poses help improve your posture, metabolism, concentration and flexibility. All poses are performed on the mat resulting in a soothing mind/body experience. Yoga lite energizes and refreshes as it relieves stress. Great for seniors!

For Your Body:
Stretches and tones muscles, increases flexibility, releases tension, improves circulation, rejuvenates and revitalizes!

For Your Mind:
Calms restless thoughts, helps you sleep, supports mental clarity, balances moods, gives you joy and peace!
